t. This has been an awful week, and now for those of you who haven't heard, a major bridge has collapsed in Minneapolis. I live in Minnesota, but pretty far away from the Twin Cities, but I've driven across that bridge many times.

Hey--you haven't blogged in forever. What could possibly be keeping you so busy? HAha. Um, the ice cream maker is a Lussino. You can find it at Zabars website or at cooking.com. It's amazing. Pretty much anything more and you can open your own ice cream shop. It doesn't require freezing ahead of time because there's a freezer built it, so you can make multiple batches. If I'd wanted to spend twice as much (and I did, I just couldn't) I might have gotten the Pola, which is made by the same company. Oh, I could go on forever about this ice cream maker.
